To request support, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nexora.store.ind@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
Non-returnable cases
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or wear and tear after delivery.
- Items returned without approval from Nexora support.
- Products with missing packaging, tags, accessories, or parts where applicable.
- Change-of-mind returns unless specifically mentioned on the product page.
Refunds
If a refund is approved after review, it will be processed to the original payment method where applicable. Refund timelines may depend on the payment provider or bank.
Replacements
If the product is eligible for replacement, we may arrange a replacement depending on stock availability and courier serviceability.
